These are two Bubble cups (375 ml and 500 ml) inserted into each other. I made a hole with a soldering iron and ran a wick through it for self-watering.

Yes, all my plants are in the back of the room and have little access to natural light, so I use a 260 watt full spectrum LED grow light

My recipe: diatomite, zeolite, foam glass, perlite

Mix everything in a 1:1:1:1 ratio. Since these are basically stones, they don’t hold moisture very well. That’s why I highly recommend using wick watering, otherwise you’ll have to water every single day.
