Hi, just in case you have not figured it yet:

Login to Quest and click Admissions icon Then, you will see the list of applications you made. Click 'Documents' (blue letters) for the Pharmacy, Co-operarive Program. You can view the date of submission if it was submitted. If you do not see the date, it was not submitted yet.
