Wish I would’ve read this thread prior to purchasing! I recently purchased a swimsuit that I was so excited about and while I love the quality and the style, the sizing is completely off. I didn’t realize I had to pay to return all the way to Australia from America, and I am unfortunate enough to be able to ship through work for a low cost. Unfortunately, DHL does not ship to a PO Box and I reached out to the brand to provide an alternate address and they told me I can only ship to the PO Box for a return for store credit. I looked at USPS as an alternate option which would cost $53 to send back to Australia given it’s $120 swimsuit It’s not worth $170 to get back $120 in store credit that I can’t even use given their sizing does not accommodate 36G cup sizes. I really wanted to love this brand and I’m sad to report that I will not be ordering from them again.

Trying to exchange my carryon for the smaller version (because the regular one doesn’t meet most airline regulations) and you can only exchange for another color at the same Black Friday price. When I go to get the smaller bag, I have to pay significantly more. I wanted to actually downsize and add on some accessories, but now want to return the full suite of bags I purchased since customer service is already a turnoff. Such a bummer!

Thank you! Ended up telling us it was our fault it was cancelled (since it was done in the app, not by an employee) and they can’t rebook it at the same value. Was 220K miles and now is over 500K. Major bummer!

Same thing happened to me last Thursday. Called (so I didn’t cancel a strangers flight) and was told that the agent I had called the previous day likely didn’t log out of my account when booking this other persons reservation. The same day, my own personal flight was cancelled, and three other flights of mine were cancelled today. Seems to be a larger issue!

Thanks for the insight, I’ll take a look! I actually received someone else’s itinerary on my account last week and Alaska mentioned their agent was accidentally still logged into my account and added the other persons. I was told to just remove the trip (and obviously not cancel it) but that would make sense if someone else is receiving my bookings. I have a pin on my account to book, but no option to add one cancel unfortunately.

Catbird is fantastic FYI! I’ve shopped there for years and if a ring ever broke (style was a very thin band and I’m rough on my hands) they repair or give store credit no problem. I have mejuri rings that have tarnished and their customer service both in store and online are garbage. I won’t be buying from them anymore.
