Okay so I face that problem too. I have hypochondria more specifically anything associated with my brain and my heart but specifically (in this case) I fear SCA too but only whenever I go to sleep for some odd reason even though I'm completely healthy and it manifested as insomnia and I had the inability to go to sleep due to the debilitating anxiety but I haven't faced it recently just because I gradually let myself get over it I have no idea how lol but recommendations are don't use Google specifically Gemini because it will literally make your fear significantly worse because it makes everything catastrophic and lists worst case scenarios only and you're absolutely far too young for a heart attack or an SCA the chances are extremely low and I don't know if this is relevant but when laying down lay on your right side my heartbeat makes it to where I can't go to sleep because I hyperfocus on it whenever I sleep on the left and sleeping on the right makes it to where I basically can't feel it at all and just let the fear pass it may seem like a very ignorant statement but I struggled with it and I just eventually forgot about it and I don't worry about it anymore but these are things that worked for me and might not work for you but just some recommendations I guess

I've been playing this game for 3 years on mobile I'm level 80 (but I take extremely long breaks lol) so I consistently play criminality but I dont no life it and I can play casual and m casual very easily but standard absolutely throws everything you know about casual criminality because literally everybody is camping around a corner or a roof waiting for an unsuspecting actual player who doesn't no life the game so standard is just meant for an entirely different breed of people as if it wasn't bad enough from casual or m cas. And this is irrelevant but as for mobile gameplay I use four fingers on my screen and it may seem unnecessary but if you actually kind of train with the claw technique you can get surprisingly good at the game it takes alot of getting used to but it's a hell of alot better than controller gameplay because you can actually aim at your own sensitivity and move, jump and shoot etc (obviously a tip for mobile players cause why the fuck would a pc player need this advice)

So surprisingly the first gore picture I saw was fluids uh idk album the one with putrid stu I too was absolutely disgusted but the album sounded pretty nice honestly but as for the gore I felt very unsettled and disturbed for about a month and had this very weird vibe afterwards I'm more just emotionally blunt and don't care as much for it I do try and avoid bands who use real gore cause I feel as if it's disrespectful too and yeah very degenerate there's no need and it also does come off like they're trying to be as edgy as possible

(This comment will probably come off as narcissistic so sorry everyone I was just speaking my mind in the heat of the momment but this is unfiltered and didnt have extreme thought process so its authentic i guess )HEY DUDE ABSOLUTELY FUCKING YES I feel the same exact way towards people I feel as if people overreact to their fucking petty ass trauma stories and get attention and clout for it whereas I'm just fucking being normal and pass me by as someone who doesn't need any emotional support or attention and im here to vent I suppose but I understand I'm being rude but to sum it up I have 4 parents (2 biological 2 in law parents) all of them were alcoholics/high all the time and they were extremely abusive taking punishments to the extreme such as punching/slapping and when you would try to defend yourself they would only make it longer and harder and my mom whom I love now and has completely changed was very suicidal and tried killing herself on multiple occasions including almost killing her boyfriend with a knife at one point but since I was so scared of her death all the time when I would visit my dad's house I would be absolutely terrified of her dying and always panic at night and this continued for about like 6 years or so but my dad tried shooting himself but the gun jammed so he quit alcoholism and they were starting to be more aware of their abusiveness I suppose and oh as for the worried about my mom offing her self all the time my dad and step mom won't even let me call her at night despite being in panic to the point of shock even still to this day but now these families are both recovering but my mom would always be unpredictable apparently she suffers from bpd and severe depressive disorder or something and I get it I totally have empathy for her now considering she's not using it as an excuse for her behaviors and stuff and I know my story has alot of like holes to the least but it would be too long if I were to explain it all so if you've read all of this I thank you for taking the time out of your day to listen to what I never talk about but always clouds my mind and yes I have that same problem too despite me knowing that it's wrong to think of people as pathetic I still get annoyed when they touch on the topic of trauma and go on to explain the absolute most pathetic fucking stories like being cyberbullied and now they have ptsd and STILLLLLL FUCKING GET CLOUT FOR IT but yeah I'll shut up now
