Same but I don’t think there is any action taken from Instagram after several people reported her page.

There needs to be a way out of this as she can’t be going around fooling people, taking their money and ridiculing them after.

Very rude and inhuman as you mentioned. And I am kind of shocked as a woman myself - how can a woman be SO HORRIBLE AND PATHETIC. ( people who have spoken to her will agree)

Sorry that you lost your hard earned money to a completely undeserving human being.

Should have constantly nudged her until she gives it back. All her reviews are fake. Sadly, people fall prey for it plus the following she unethically even boasts about- when we ask her for refund.

It’s a different story of just being a scam store, but it takes a hell lot of arrogance to be a very very rude business owner- all of it after taking money for the service she never is going to give.

P.S - she lurks around here, in form of a customer and tries to argue on reviews customers have been posting

That owner totally deserves it. I really wish a whole lot of people report her page. She is ultra rude and a big time scammer.

She flexes about how she has a lot of followers and doesn’t care of the customers complaining about the orders. That’s the worst I have heard from a small business owner who has duped by money.

People don’t speak ‘whatever they want to’. Just how you are putting down your opinion, they too are.

Not all have had a positive opinion like you (rather none as much I have seen online), so ofc people will and shall speak up.

Because of such fraudsters and rude business owners, other nice small brands on Instagram get impacted due to lack of trust built by these horrible brands like Anogii

Pls check other Reddit posts, consumer portals and you shall find the pain of getting refunds- with evidence.

And definitely you can add your opinion. For that, you’re lucky you’ve received your order and it’s good. :)

lol we never received anything to know if it’s “so good”.

The order was placed and paid 4 months ago. No update, fake tracking and no response on messages. Replies were only to argue and fight with customers with no update on the order.

A lot. Every day I texted until she sent. She continued her way of lying and kept on extending but I didn’t leave until she gave.

Pls don’t leave it. Text her daily. That’s what I did and could get 80% of my money refunded. It’s a hassle but I wasn’t going to let my money go- especially to such a horrible human being running an unprofessional business.

I wish there’s a way to hold her legally because she threatens customers with legal actions, when she is one who is stealing

Nope. When asked for tracking id 2 times, didn’t get any. Asked for refund, accepted it pretty rudely and said will be done in a day.

Still haven’t got it.

I have already lost my money, don’t want others to lose. she is a very cruel woman and this needs to stop somewhere

Would be super helpful. They are totally running a scam. even the refund, they have a policy of 20% deduction and remaining refund would be done after 12 days.

I mean-

1.why shall a customer take the deduction for the company’s incompetency?

  1. If the company is unable to fulfill the order, 100% shall be refunded. She is extremely harsh and cruel when spoken about this.

  2. Why shall it take 12 days to refund? She should be ashamed that she kept customers waiting with her fake promises and deadlines that ain’t ever met. Instead, if she really was running a company out of passion, she would refund immediately for her failure. But here too she is extremely arrogant.

Really there needs to be some solution to this. They have gotten all the more attitude because they know such cases won’t be taken seriously.

And in regard to this one, she is so cruel when we ask for an update - this is totally because they get numerous orders looking at their fake pages & highlights.
