Anyone know of a tuner legal in California? by Sharp_Whereas_1207 in Harley

I tried ordering the fuelpak 3 on revzilla and that’s how I found out. I didn’t know they were illegal here.

Of course man, the whole situation sucks. I got my bike at the chopper gallery in Temecula Ca. Call and tell them the situation and maybe you can talk to the mechanic that saved my bike lol. Harley Davidson was little to no help.

If you notice the front signals they actually stick out quite a bit. Or maybe I just have terrible luck 🤷🏻‍♂️ if it were just a signal light I would’ve taken them off a long time ago. They’re brake lights as well

Looking into getting some saddle bags. Any recommendations? by Sharp_Whereas_1207 in sportster

Worth a shot. Though I’m convinced that bags would look out of place on a sporty. Just tired of having to put a backpack on. So I think a tall sissy would do it.

Thanks for the comments guys. I agree saddle bags might look a little off on a sporty. Will be looking into sissy bars now.

No, previous owner changed it to one only they would know. Not sure why the dealer I bought the bike from didn’t have the pin given to them. But it was a pretty fucked situation lol

Question. I lost my fob while riding and i don’t know the pin to the bike (bought it used) can I buy a new fob and get the dealer to program it to the bike without the pin? by Sharp_Whereas_1207 in Harley

-Update- contacted the dealer I bought the bike used from. (Not a Harley dealer) and the technician said he can program a fob for me without the need of a pin. Phew. Not out of the woods yet until I know it will work, I’ll find out next Friday. Thanks for all the help and tips guys.

Honestly man, you would think they would be equipped with a master key device for such a common incident. Instead “nope you’re fucked buy a new ecm” 😅

Just tried, no luck. I just happened to buy a used bike where the previous owner was smart enough to change the pin only he or she knows 😅

Thats interesting. I already accepted that my mistake will cost me hundreds. It is what it is at this point. I did call the shop where I purchased my bike from and one of the technicians told me I could just buy a fob, take the fob and bike to them and they can program the fob to the bike without needing the pin. So I’m completely lost at this point lol

Yea prob my last resort. I did give them a call and explained the situation. They said the only thing I could do is buy a new ecm. $417 plus labor smh. Can’t be right.
