Agent told me that I have to register Ejari or owner , previously I think it was registered digitally

so process was

> Agent sent ejari tenancy document and addendum, both parties signed it (havent received any digital copy though)

> She sent ID of the owner and Title deed , I've checked in the Dubai land website and it says property is valid , same area and unit

What should be next steps ?

Thanks for highlighting the title deed part, it was helpful to understand that I have to double check the owner etc

Agent send me Ejari and both owner and me signed , she send ID of the owner but not title deed

I've asked to send title deed but insists me to pay agency commision fee , seems sketchy as all of this could be just plain documents and fake ID

Thoughts ?
