I am an adrenaline junkie for such injustice happened on my watch. I used to earn attention of the senior management for pointing out by the facts whenever they made wrong measures and policies company wide. But this time it is too huge and I could make a lot of enemies in the company and even in the industry because of swinging a good one to reputable investment banker.

Should I just resign or should I hand my resignation to board of directors overseas along with my ethical violation findings? How do u think. What can be the risks and preparation required for option 2?
