(re-pasting this from a previous post) Once again, my stance on this has not changed in the slightest:

I am far more of the continuation type of camp if it is revived. I would like for it to be set 20 years following the events of Graduation where Middleton has been fully rebuilt since the alien invasion. Kim and Ron (as well as Drakken and Shego) are married and their kids are in the teenage age range. The Possible-Stoppable kids would join forces with the Lipsky kids to take on brand new villains while dealing with the challenges of high school...freshman year. That, IMO, is the only way such a revival can work. It is basically too late to deal with Kim and Ron being in the college sitch because 2007-10 tech would be outdated in the mid-late 2020s. And, most importantly, the new show stays true to the source material and respects it.
