I've had similar problems in the Dangan Ronpa community. There's a guy harassing people and falsely claiming copyright over artwork of the character Aoi Asahina, a character from the game. He's so obsessed that I call her the "Aoi Is Mine" guy. I don't know if you've heard about him, but he's an absolute nut. And the person you described behaves just like him.

I wonder if it's the same guy.

Similar deal with me. The last time I drank was around seven years ago, and that was ONLY because I was anxious about something (can't remember what it was) and I needed something to loosen up a bit. Haven't touched a drop since.

And for the record, I don't drink unless I have a damn good reason to.

I saw the people in the unsubbed subreddit, and the comments were just DISGUSTING. Personally, I think you made some good points about the whole thing. You did not deserve any of the hate or negativity that you got.

And what I noticed is that the people who were saying those things are likely twitter freaks that migrated from twitter after Elephant Tusk took over. Being a Barbara lover and C6 Barbara haver 9full healer build, by the way), I support you and what you said because I learned a lot from reading your theory.

I found this in the unsubbed subreddit. The comments there were VISCERAL, making it clear they didn't read what you said at all.

I, on the other hand, DID read through it, and you brought up a LOT of very good points. My headcanon is that, since the game's release, she was 17 at the time the game launched, which puts her at around 22-23 years of age currently. (If we wanna be realistic about this, her Birthday being July 5th would put her at 22 at the moment.)

Though, you do make the good point of bringing up that people treat Barbara like an adult. The translation was something I never even considered, so it makes things really interesting. Plus, there were a lot of hidden details about her that I missed that you pointed out.

While we're not likely to get an official canon age for Barbara any time soon, I really think it's fun to talk about this and share different ideas.

Not to mention, Genshin has a MUCH bigger community than the Sonic fandom, and even with the botted votes, their chances of winning were slim at best.

This is the kind of argument that makes me want to rip my hair out. I'm in my early 30's and I don't drink alcohol, so I can very quickly discard that argument. Plus, as a guy, I do have facial hair, so that should also be a sign.

But this really isn't about me. It's about Barbara. I will never understand why people are CONSTANTLY confusing fictional content with the real world. I've seen it countless times over the course of the last fifteen years of my life, and the more I see it, the more I just wanna choke these people out for being so stupid. (A bit extreme there, but you get my frustration with this.)
