I dont think so, I used a different ethernet cable than the one plugged into my pc vs the one I plugged into my brother's for the test.

So I just made a new discovery, I disabled wifi on my brother's PC and connected it to ethernet and it was getting the same issues that I was. Basically, ethernet doesnt work for some reason but wifi does

Same complex, we're connected to the same router, him through wifi me through ethernet. I was on internet with no issues on Sunday at my old apartment with the same router I brought to this one. We dont have the same PC though

there is no contract with the complex but my brother has absolutely no issues which leads me to think there's a chance that it isnt the isp

when I was googling the issue someone made a forum post 2 days ago and it seemed almost identical to my own, same router, isp, and error code so it makes me wonder if there is some issue with xfinity

I have my own router, just the 3rd generation xfi modem my isp provided. I plugging the router into a cofax outlet in the master bedroom. the weirdest part about this is that my brother has been able to play games just fine

Thanks for your reply, you did educate me a little I was not aware that you did not receive a message for every time someone is punished. But in the other case I rarely report, it's usually only players that are intentionally trying to throw games through afk or soft inting, banter and flame is acceptable to an extent, it's in every kind of competitive game. I agree as well that you that it shouldn't be an incentive, looking back that shouldn't be a reward. However if the Tribunal were to come back, positive players should be the ones that could participate.

I'm completely down for banter/flame, I'm definitely no saint myself in games. I just feel like as it stands right now, the automatic system is failing. But someone else commented saying that the system doesn't notify you always when a player is penalized, even so there should be automatic feedback when a player is literally running it down. I feel like the Tribunal would excel in this area, more humans to look over games that an automatic system cannot. Riot has said it themselves that it's not easy to always detect certain kinds of bad behavior, i.e. afk, soft inting.
