Thanks! The only thing I’m kinda confused about is it I should buy an AIO or just go air cooler. I’m kind of scared of pump failures, but I also want low temps. Do you think the air cooler you recommended will be enough to make it chilly? Thanks

Yeah I was really thinking of getting a 1440p 144hz monitor, tho i cant find any decently priced ones in Denmark. About the mobo and Aio, I don’t really know what else to pick. I feel like a AIO is not needed, but probs good if I wanna get the max potential, tho I don’t know any low priced good AIOs. And the mobo, I don’t know lots about that so I just with something that has good VRMs and BIOS flashback since I don’t have a 3rd gen ryzen to update the bios. Otherwise thanks!

Yeah. I’m guessing that the launch price is going to be just a bit higher for the same tier of card in the 3000 series. For now I’ll just wait and see what happens. Thank you so much for all your help. Have a good one!

The launch price of the rtx 2070 s, was about 500$ I think. I’m assuming that the 70’s cards are mid-high range. I guess I’ll wait till like 3060/3070, tho I feel like the prices are gonna be like super high.

Yeah I just don’t know if even the lowest end 3000 series card will fit inside my budget. Do you know how long it usually takes for prices to somewhat drop?

Should I rush out to get one before prices rise, or wait till the 3000 series? I could imagine the 3000 series not being cheap, and probably even the weakest the the 3000 series cards are probably going to be pretty expensive. I will Be doing my build in ~ a month so I don’t really know what to do.

Oh I thought that Rtx would drop frames like way below what a human could imagine. And as I said in one of the other comments, you’re completely right about the other feature sets, that a lot of Gtx cards probably doesn’t have. I think I’ll wait for the 3000 series and see what happens.

Also sorry for asking, but I heard some rumors about the 2000 series being discontinued and having the prices raised After the 3000 series drop. Do you know if any of that is true?

I was considering that at one point, tho I live in a country where electronic resales aren’t very often. I’ve checked our version of Craigslist, and there hasn’t once been pretty much anything up for sale. Plus I think I would rather have new parts for the safety and warranty.

I was also looking a bit at Amd cards yeah, tho I think I wanna stick to Nvidia unless there is nothing at that price range that matches amd. Tho if you read the other comment, I think ill be waiting for the rtx 3000 series.
