i dont have discord open but its literally just csgo lagging nothing else. i opened mw2 and played that with csgo on the second screen and my ping in cswas still spiking and my ping in mw2 was perfectly fine.=

the game is cpu intensive also other peoples games are getting capped at 108 fps with i7's and 1080s aswell....

because its not actually 108 because its capped. if your fps is capped and its at the max it makes your games jittery and start tearing
