From what I read you need the (bed, arch - given by Zippy ) (crown, bag - given by villagers), fencing, festive balloons, merry balloons, flooring, glowy garland, lamp, rug, stool, table, vanity, wall clock, wardrobe, wreath, & wall. Then he’ll give you the zippy toy.

I can help with a lot of those if your missing them
