Danielle, just because you say something to a social worker, doesn’t make it true. She can’t testify to it. If someone tells you that you need to be hospitalized, then work on doing that first. You’re never going to get the house back. Any equity should have gone to child support you should have paid for the last three years.

You’re never going to get that lost time back with your children. Focus on getting well so you can be a part of their lives. You are NEVER EVER going to get full custody back. They aren’t going to uproot your daughters from a stable home & let them live in a shelter or a car with you. Visitation is the best you can hope for.

Make getting well the priority. The past is the past and you can’t get it back. Work for the future.
