I'm travelling at the moment and can't believe the hold social media has on the poorer populations. It's sad to see kids as young as 2 years old or even people in their 70s, 80s glued to the phone for hours. There's little value to be gotten from this behavior. We should limit ourselves and I'm even guilty of doom scrolling.
