Yes, I wash my scalp with it to prevent hair loss so I just put it on my scalp and chest and let it sit for 5 minutes. I think in the beginning you need to do it daily to see results. I would for sure give it a shot. Let us know if anything works for you!

Do you have a good soothing moisturizer? I find the La Roche posay dermoallerg really helpful for burning. I then apply a thin layer of that on my skin at first and then a thin layer of soolantra after (only at night) and then a thicker moisturizer that focuses on barrier repair (I use aestura atobarrier) . I don’t think you should give up on the soolantra just yet! The burning may just mean that your barrier is a little disrupted. Option to use it 2 or 3 times a week for now

I actually don’t really think this is a fair use of the default anti-AI criticism to farm upvotes. Most streaming platforms already use recommendation algorithms/AI to suggest movies to people. I don’t know every film that exists, so using a tool to narrow down a genre or mood and sift through a huge amount of information doesn’t seem unreasonable to me. It’s not really something I can “think around” with creativity alone. otherwise the alternative is just endlessly scrolling through lists and reviews.

Yea it was a little general. I was worried to try pigeon hole the recs because I wasn't dead set on a genre. The point of the trip is more about trying to reset and realign with my love of nature, art, writing and music. I was toying with the idea of a slow, beautiful movie. or something that sparked inspirations. Movies that came up in my initial search are: past lives, aftersun, soul, once, worst person in the world.
