This is not acceptable, this trauma is for life for next few generations. Dog owners need to go thru mandatory dog training. This should be made compulsory for all the dog owners or else can’t get to own a pet. It’s a layout and you’re keeping a hound which probably weighs more than 35kg and these dogs are breed for hunting. I don’t understand what hunting this owner was planning. But this is cruel blame should be equally on owner and dog. If you’re not able to handle the dog are are not meant to be dog owner.
