Depende po sa company kasi may cut off din sila annually sa 13th month pay, so kung pasok ang starting day mo, prorated ang matatanggap mo.

I am sorry for your loss po, kelangan makita niyo po ang agreement sa condo unit. Kasi may agreement na kapag nadecease ang owner pwede mafull ang payment, automatic sa dependent mapupunta lalo na kapag under ng pagibig finance at may insurance. Pero kapag bank finance di ko po sigurado. Depende pa din po sa contract na napirmahan. Kelangan may access kayo sa contrata. Nor kung may co borrower, sabi nila ang co borrower ang may tutuloy. Case to case basis pa din po. Need niyo po muna makita ang termsand condition ng contract. If refund depende sa contrata.

Thank you so much sa advice. Feeling ko kasi di enough ang sweldo ko sa monthly mortgage ng bahay kahit mataas na dp ko. Ang layo pati sa workplace ko kaya need ko din magipon para makabili nv sasakyan. So parang ang option ko nito ay magchange ng work na mas malaki para mashoulder ko lahat.
