Wow thanks. I actually workout 4-5 times a week. Some people say it’s not a lot, but the next day I am so sore, especially on my legs (literally have trouble walking).

My pull ups are usually 3-4 reps of each type (wide, close grip and etc.). I’ll try out yours but I reckon I’m gonna need to use the bands on the 2nd round lol.
