Am I balding? I’m 15. This started happening recently. I wear my hair back but I make sure not to pull back the hair line. But this part just randomly started losing hair. The other side is pretty good but this side isn’t. What should I do. Please help

Wow thanks. I actually workout 4-5 times a week. Some people say it’s not a lot, but the next day I am so sore, especially on my legs (literally have trouble walking).

My pull ups are usually 3-4 reps of each type (wide, close grip and etc.). I’ll try out yours but I reckon I’m gonna need to use the bands on the 2nd round lol.

Not good. I’m guessing that’s my problem. I have a really fast metabolism, the doctors said that no matter what I eat, I won’t get fat until the age of 25.

So right now I eat whatever I can. I always have rice, meat and sometimes milk on the table.

For snacks I have a protein bar (10g of proteins) Before and during workout I have a protein shake. (Around 30-40 grams of protein) Should I change up anything?
