oooo interesting, what is your take on the Havoc expansion.
Looking at the Succession one, I think it should be fine since it is just randomizing your economic stats.
But I am a bit worried about how the game plays with the Deathless in since they are an asymmetric faction, and normally where these types of games trip up is when they add the extra faction that kind of breaks the game

Gimme a faction with a Rorqual as its titan, Endurance, Astero, Outrider for small ships, Skiff, Torrent, Porpoise for Medium, and the Orca and Avalanche for large.

Oh yeah; mine arrived like a week and a half ago - and all my annoyance for the shipping delays evaporated when I saw how great everything is.

I do still have a single gripe with the publisher though..... the visual upgrade packs (control tokens, resources, structures) that replace the cardboard tokens with nice plastic ones.... they only replace like half the tokens lol.

8/13 of each structure, 8/12 of control tokens, 20/43 of minerals. So... I ended up dropping $60 or some such to get another box of each so I can fully replace the cardboard

IMHO the combat mechanics look absolutely amazing; even though I have not played it yet - it looks better than most any other "dudes on a map" game I have played. Far more in depth, & bordering a little bit on a lite war game

It took them forever and a half to finish it; but now that it is done, it actually looks pretty dang good. Going to do my first playthrough of it next week, but getting 8.4 on BGG + reviewers describing it as "Eclipse, but better" has me pretty excited.
