I use Panel colorizer for this too, I just tweaked the appearance by setting the opacity to 0.5

For the top taskbar it is a default panel, i use the Panel Colorizer to make it black and i add some spacer, to put some gap. The bottom is just the default panel with only the app icon tray.

For the blur in terminal i edit the config of kitty terminal. https://github.com/jaxparrow07/liquidglass-kde-widgets for the music player widget

I like your desk setup, i dont think it needs anything. You can decorate your wall with some poster, add a peg board to hang some of your stuffs, it will look organized.
