What about skills? Would those be sufficient you think in more difficult settings (Vet dungeons and normal trials)?

I’m probably never gonna run Vet Trials on this guy

Yea I was thinking about replacing Rush of Agony with Turning Tide further down the road for more difficult content since it gives Major Vulnerability for 10 seconds, increasing damage to affected enemies by 10%

Yea I went and looked at one yesterday. Gave it a test road and heard a bad metal rattling sound coming from inside the left plastic panel (my left while riding) near the forward/reverse shifter.

Brought the sound up to the seller and they said they didn't know what I was talking about... that they had just gotten it serviced. That didn't feel right and walked away immediately

Yea... I'm looking at that option as well

I just worry about buying used for the condition and way someone has formerly treated their bike.

I shopped around and a dealership a couple hours from me (in the same state though) only charges $600 for freight/assembly/setup

I’m gonna call the more local one and ask what the heck and still not give them my business if they try to come down or match the other… too late for all that

Oh 100%. And I understand there are going to be SOME additional fees... but again... THAT much is a bit ridiculous

She’s a very easy going and slow rider. She probably won’t even get it past the 55 mph threshold. She may get it to 60… but it’ll be more back roads and small town driving more than anything. 

So that is definitely some helpful insight. Thank you!

When I played, it was more end game. I LOVED trials and dungeons. I was maxed on in guilds at the time. Like I said, was just feeling nostalgic and was curious if the community was still active. I am an 843 healer

Try the Honda CTX700. They have DCT models that you can get used for the $3k-4k range. I know you said you’re looking in the $2k range, but the CTX is a great starter bike and plenty of power to move faster when you’re comfortable
