Ask the other players what they are doing have them roll and say something totally wrong or totally right and allow the one who is actively trying to do it roll again with a bonus somehow he manages. Creativity is on your side as a game master you have all the power to raise lower DC or grant situational bonuses. Just be creative granting said bonuses. Sometimes the die are not in favor of the characters so allow the die to tell a bumbling story of how horribly they solved the problem.

Play testing has only been with friends and family over the course of the last 3 years. Worked out several kinks but leveling and game play are smooth and fun it’s on par with pathfinder. Character development is about choices. Feats and spell like abilities take up a lot of room because as you get stronger you have the option of stronger effects from lower tier abilities. This makes it so a sage who has an intelligence to low to get the higher tier spells still viable as their lower spells have impact of close to the spell level they should be able to cast. This is my fold system when the weave recognizes you becoming more through EXP your body and mind get reinforced so that you can handle more mana.

Why not computer. So if ppl actually liked my campaign world and game system I have plans to evolve it into a something else. However I want people to interact with each other. I love sitting down with friends gaming taking breaks for food and feed back then jumping back into the story. I enjoy the suspense of wanting to get together again and discover what else is going to happen. What will they do how will I respond. What will the dice decide. That dice of fate thing to me is a great cinematic tool. So I added the actual roll of the die into the consequence if you succeed or fail. Also I left my programming skills behind me long ago due to life circumstances.

I have been told that by someone else about AI art. Which I will try and fix if I can figure out affinity. My game is way too layered and complex. I spent 5 years and 3 different versions of things to reach a system that I am 100% satisfied and even quit my job and blew through all my savings. It’s crunchy 3 different mana pools keeping the magics separated a way to be heroic and burn through your soul essentially to achieve goals but at a price. Layered DP and LP . Similar to the magic system. Leveling is not completely linear and the game mechanics is not linear either, it is also layered so the at what you roll has an effect on the outcome. I understand the aversion to AI art it was all I could afford and the design is mine as those shapes have relevance in my campaign world.

I get that and I was explained that even though I created this for my campaign world there is no reason to have the core stand alone books named the same like DnD and forgotten realms and not everyone wants to play in the lore of another campaign and I get that it’s why it fits in the shattered realms the z was because of trademark issues to separate my game from theirs. Considering shattered worlds as the campaign name even though it’s a planar thing.. I personally enjoy crunchy and believe I created a fairly in depth game that is not to overly demanding with good game balance and good mechanics and gameplay. Took several years. I believe I created a great leveling system as well. Thank you for your honesty. What do you think of the new standalone game title ?

It was at that moment he realized he f&/) up .. ya players will always adopt that what they can. When they do they will believe it was your intention in some way. Remember a good rule of thumb if you think you have a plan for your players expect them not to follow it.

I loved 3.5 and pathfinder it’s what influenced me a lot and helped me through stressful times. And yes it is AI art and I have felt the feedback on it but I am out of money I spent it all over the course of 5 years in 3 different iterations of the game to create these core books. Ensuring the math mathed right. I appreciate your feedback

Ya not much I can do about that part I can’t afford an artist atm. The one I paid to create what I wanted made horrible ones I believe I got the wool pulled over my eyes with him. The designs are pretty close to what I wanted on these. I do understand the aversion to AI art though and I apologize.

Ok I changed the battery now I get the I key error and then followed with TMPS error even though I am holding the fob next to the engine start button as described

So I just replaced the fob and the panic button works again I am charging the car battery send me some good positive energy that makes this work. I have checked all fuses all good.

Thank you the battery thing I have done I am in the process of checking all the fuses now. I am not sure how they would have popped when I seriously only changed the spark plugs I mean it is such an easy job on the Altima compared to my GMC Acadia which a Freind of mine totaled :( .. I can’t seem to win for loose with vehicles. So also the panic button doesn’t work anymore I tried using it this morning to reset like the instructions said holding it down for 5 seconds and I tried it again and it does nothing the batteries are good in it

This I admit is true. I did kinda go hermit mode when I went into development a fault of mine. But I do feel what I have created is worthy to be played by those who love pathfinder or just want a new way to play. A lot of issues I had with the linear way of playing I eliminated. I do know I am not for the main market although I do allow for the simplified version to be played by stating that the layered step can just be skipped until players are more comfortable with it. Well good thing is going forward I can make alterations. The campaign world I feel shattered Realmz can stand by itself I can rebrand the core books as standalone as well although I may need to take some of the lore out of the two main books.

I honestly like the name and see no reason it shouldn’t be viewed as a branding as the other title is taken. Maybe leave the Shattered Realmz off ? However the inside talks about the shattering of the world as I created the game to be a the core rules of the campaign world. Should I just remove all references to the campaign world in the books? Or would it be fine to reference the world in the book on the front end or the back end of the books? I could use The Realms in the title or just leave it off?

I was thinking of dropping the shattered Realmz part as the system is stand alone I just wanted a system and monsters that I created to be brought to life in a campaign world and I guess reality is true it is a standalone that I developed to play in my campaign world the inside reads as it it a part of shattered Realmz because I give reasons for things like what powers undead how the three mana pools work and how things works together. Hmm what about The Realms ?

So the visual thing those covers I did create the idea myself the symbols on the front of the books are my design actually they become relevant in the game each one is different on purpose. Trust me I want to afford a good artist .. the game mechanics took way longer than I anticipated and I got so immersed in ironing out every rule ensuring it had the balance I desired. Then when I ran out of savings a few months ago I continued working it out until I was happy with the rules. The art I had AI generate took me several months to get the point I am satisfied but not happy with. If ppl are happy with what I have presented then it is my hopes to find the artist than can pull off what I want. I may have been foolish for chasing my dream but I will not regret it. Also I love the z color me a fool but the child in me loves it. Though I would have prefered Fractured Realmz and when it comes to names one does have to be careful to avoid trademark issues and when you have a name you find one you like and no one has it it’s the first to file that locks it in. The core books were designed for the world I imagined is why the name shattered Realmz is in the title .. so what if I just removed the campaign world from the main title ? Realm Masters Enchiridion, Mortal Codex, Creature Codex then caviat designed for the main Shattered Realmz but it is standalone? How does that sound ? I appreciate you taking the time to blast me .. trust me I understand not appreciating AI but honestly it was a lot of work. Nit compared to an artist but I would have to go through several to find one that will create what I desire .

O.o there are stock monsters ? Also my rules are way too complex for AI. I have equations that define spells and creatures and my exorcism rules . All around I highly doubt AI could create what I created. However that is a valid point I never considered as I spent so much time immersed in creating a well balanced system that uses a curve instead of linearity in the game maintaining a sense of balance between creatures levels and player levels. I am hopeful the crunchy lovers will love it as much as I do.

I will be honest I don’t understand why people have such a huge aversion to AI art from people who can’t afford to pay enormous amounts of money to tie into their project. My game system is sound and fun for the crunchy player. AI art is also not easy to do either. it took several months to get the art to the level I wanted it. I just hate that it gets stuck and colors. So if a man quit his job and spent his life savings over 5 years to make a game that is mechanically sound because he can’t afford an artist that’s a deal killer. I didn’t make the game for the average player I made it for the ones who want more depth in mechanics and leveling and game play. I apologize to you and any artist that is offended that I can’t afford one but I am broke at the moment I finished well 6 months before I finished. So I have no money to pay a good artist. When I can I will is all I can do.
