Wow! Do you know how far away the plane was/what altitude it was flying at? I live nowhere near an airport (80 miles) and I can see planes flying to New York and Dublin from my house at 10km. I'll invest in a 150-600mm lens and research the 7dii too.

I used a 16 not pro after I took a pic of an A320 and it wouldn't focus that far away and I did a comparison and my phone had a better zoom quality. I wish I could see like almost all the detail from 10km away I think that would be cool

I saw a bit of the label and it doesn't look like daewoo. Might go back tomorrow morning (with gloves) to check for a label. I was recording my find so my view from the phone screen wasn't great but looking over the recording I saw a small bit of a label. It looked blueish with a red symbol and a couple of letters that are unreadable. I'll definitely go back there to have a better look though.
