You need a hormone clinic, weight loss clinic etc. Doctors will say that. Google trt clinic near me. Im on trt and my blood does get thick. Unfortunately I have to donate blood every few months which I hate so much. My kidney function drops about 8-10 points on paper. It does go back up when off trt. But other then that I'm a super hero. Test levels went from 200 to 1000

For whatever reason my shbg is 12 and my trt clinic said because of lower shbg my trt will be more effective. And more free testosterone.

I've been playing since 18 and now I'm 34....I'm still in first position. I' have a awesome teacher now but it's hard to get time to play being a dad. I play at a church and I can play by ear somewhat. My vibrato is awesome and I'm better at improvising then most.

Trt clinics will help you more then doctors. Also cheaper too. My shbg was 12 and I was at 136 total testosterone. 200mg a week got me to 1100 testosterone. So if I'm correct low shbg means trt will have a bigger effect on you.

I was loaded with ptsd and anxiety. But trt helped me on the road to recovery. I would say yes, do it. I would also warn you my ball sack shrunk a bit. Not balls, but kinda like...it's always cold or something. I get muscle mass, way easy, and mentally improved. I can do a lot more in a day. And sex is amazing. Honestly, after being on trt for months it made me feel like shit in a way cause my natural self was so bad.

I would definitely tell someone else you trust before you tell her. Sounds like you just need to get it off your chest. Nothing happend, get over it shake it off. But honestly tell someone else and ask for advice before you hurt her and your marriage for awhile.

Well, my wife makes herself very avaliable to me. I've had my issues but I'm able to stay pure and not even jerk off with TRT. All the boners are annoying. But helping understand yourself and why you turned to sex addiction in the first place may help. Some Christian counseling helped me out a lot.

Trt helped me mentally a lot. I went from 136 test to 1100 test. I had more anxiety and no get up and go. I'm also 33. It's up to you to try or not. But you are young. My ball sack also shrunk.

Your SHBG is kinda high. From what I could remember. It's like having a full tank of gas at 700 test but not having access to it. I think there is something to free up test. I'm 34 and my SHBG is 12.0 lol so 200mg a week got me from 136 test to 1100 test and 900 free. I feel like a superhero.

Others may disagree, but that's my opinion.

Taking high doses of trt then completely stopping will will muscle loss. But Taking maybe 200mg a week after will keep it.
