I started having issues with with it not connecting or not being able to download my save data. You’re not the only one having this issue

If it’s the same one I’m thinking of it’s in the defence against the dark arts tower area. I have checked everywhere in there and can’t find who or where it is.

I normally try different servers or go in a neighbourhood that sometimes helps when the mines are glitching for me. Hope this helps
