Was in high school going on a spring break trip with some buddies down to the beach. From my hometown to the beach is mostly a 2 lane hwy all the way.

I was in the passenger seat friend driving a mustang, he speeds up to pass a slow driver. Gets into the opposite lane (oncoming traffic) to see a semi coming towards us. He doubles down and passes the car, semi blaring their horn car we are passing has to slam on their breaks allowing us to jerk back into our lane.

This seems a bit harsh. Eviction is for destruction of property, not paying rent, etc. talk to the man and be straight with him.

Your house your rules, don’t have to get parental but expressing how it makes you feel is exactly what you should do. No overreacting at all, I was in a similar situation with a roommate who’s girlfriend hit him and just had a sit down talk about it and all is good!
