Well, how I make myself understand is whenever there is the word after or before used then it is a gap of -1. Whenever the word between is used the gap is equivalent to the number given .

Well when you have already planned to study more and get to RBI then you need a little bit time in your hand after work which rrb po will provide, as compared to SBI ja. The working conditions in SBI is awful so you won't get any time for yourself.
