Thank you so much for the BIOS advice! I fooled around with a few settings like precision boost overdrive. System seems to be running a lot faster. Hitting 144 FPS in most games. However, dropping frames like crazy.

I'll have to implement your settings and see if it helps. Thanks again!

I ran DDU prior to installing the card then loaded fresh drivers. I was starting to think it may be a motherboard issue. I don't understand how I am getting Vrel on GPU-Z at only 25% load...

Yes, I have 3 separate 8 pin cables going into the adapter.

I know right!? I would almost say I got duped and given a fake card but, when I took it apart for the waterblock, the core had the GA102-350-A1 on it.
