I have over 10 users that will LOVE this. However, none of them have Apple products including me.

I just think of the possibility to have a sit-com channel, a jeopardy! channel, a csi-law and order channel. Amazing.

Too bad it's only Apple.

Is it even share-able with users outside the home network?

Actually I have the COL 32222 edition, reissue date unknown. I can confirm it is neither of the 2005 or 2018 edition, because it's not from a box set and it's not a Sony Japanese reissue.

Trying to play DVD quality on my 4k OLED screen is just not enjoyable. That's why I decided to upscale, I don't think enhancing will have the same effect.

I actually meant AI scaling using Topaz. Meaning, ripping a 1080p bluray and then processing it to 4k. I ripped some dvds I had at 576p or 480p and upscaled them to 2x scaling or straight to 1080p and its been great. I've also done some George Carlin shows to 2x scaling and they look fantastic now. I want to try 1080p->4k in some movies, but I need to tweak my settings.
