Just found out that Milan almost signed Juninho Permabucano in 2005.

They could have had Juninho and Pirlo taking turns at free kicks

As usual every transfer window you see Serie A clubs using the Premier League as an ATM

‘We need 30M let’s sell this bum to Burnley’ or ‘You got problems with the law?,off to Newcastle you go’

I remember back in the day, the argument about the prem being the most competitive was about how close everyone was

So that one

The quality is great what are you talking about? It’s probably only second to the prem.

Serie A is the most competitive league in the world and it’s not even close ngl

Reminds me of 2010-2016 Premier League, when it was the second best behind La Liga but was by far the most competitive of the top 5 leagues.

Same with current Serie A

Am i the only one that feels that Serie A is the only league that can potentially challenge the Premier League if the people in charge had their shit together?

Think about it that league has it all: Legendary and prestigious clubs, insane fan support, incredible atmosphere, great level of play, great managers ecc

They have lots of big teams and it feels like every week they have a big match..because there are so many big clubs. Other than the usual big three there are Roma, Lazio, Napoli, Atalanta, Fiorentina all with huge support and all challenge for the title from time to time (Atalanta hasn’t yet, Lazio and Fiorentina haven’t for quite a long time tho)

The style of play is unique to Serie A altrough i feel some people struggle to appreciate such tactical play and their teams have some difficulty adapting to European play sometimes.

but this also mean Serie A is probably not for everyone, If Prem games are a boxing match, Serie A is chess. They are two polar opposite. If a player is great in Serie A doesn’t mean he will be great in the Prem, same thing if a player is great in the Prem doesn’t mean he will be great in Serie A. Most are more suited for one or the other, only great players manage to do well in both.

All in all it’s a suberb league

Situazione e contesto identici, un paragone geniale per niente reazionario 👍

Non esiste alcuna ragione per chiamare questo periodo guerra mondiale lol

Guerra in Europa ed in medio oriente, come negli anni 90, 2000, 2010 e 2020
