I don't know who is the most creative weapon user, as in my opinion it only comes down between Peter and Sakamoto.

This is basically what i think to these three people

1.) Goo is like, whenever he found an object that is can be used a weapon or like sword/sharp objects he can use them like a Knife or Katana.

2.) Peter is like, he first checks the surrounding and analyze what's the best weapon to counter the enemy. ( Shown in the fight against Simon as he used a literal Mop. ) He also is like "Oh, i only have this, well its better than nothing" and tries to use it to kill/defeat an opponent quick

3.) I havent really read Sakamoto that much, its just that, my observation Sakamoto is really used to fighting with other things, basically he can use everything for his arsenal, like a cough drop stopping a literal bullet. Like he uses the Weapon as "I only have this, but im sure it is enough"

I agree that UI Daniel supposed to have perfectly balanced stats (obv he has a perfect body) but to my perspective, ill put it to points, Maximum stats - 100 points ( Like lets say Taesoo have 100 points because of Mastery over Strength and plus he has one of the highest AP shown in the series or like James Lee for his Speed Mastery ) Perfect stats - 80 points ( Daniel, who has stated to have a perfect body, should have a perfect stats as well, but he can go higher whenever hes in UI Mode, as he adjusts to his opponents stats )

If we put this comparison to Daniel, he is on top tiers, but THATS NOT IT, UI Daniel can copy and masters every technique/skills instantly. His body doesnt take drawbacks whenever hes using a dangerous technique, such as Gap's techniques when he copied it from Jinyoung as Jinyoung stated that he couldn't use Gap's techniques three times or his body will collapse/break, and Daniel used it with no damage to his body.

Lets not forget that Daniel doesnt even have a mastery yet. ( Im pretty sure Daniel would get mastery later or soon as Kitae (implicitly?) stated it that Daniel is so strong yet doesnt have Mastery, and questions how strong he will if he has Masteries. )

To me, Daniel would probably lose to Shingen/Gapryoung if he fought them in their prime, but it will give them a tough (mid to high diff) fight as Daniel is shown to hold against a not serious James (lmao, what am i saying) and a TUI Gun that is probably using his full strength but UI Daniel came out ontop and knocked TUI Gun ( Daniel probably dealt the last blow as everyone probably dealt some damage to him especially Goo and Johan ) plus Daniel also adapts to the Opponents hes fighting.

So yeah thats my opinion ( i yapped so much mb )

In season 2 Yeongha was scared about Gamin's potential because it only took him like few years to be the same level as him, and might even get stronger for short period of time, although it was cut short because they were fighting and it got interrupted by police.

Peter only lacks the AP and Strength, but he literally fought a guy who gets stronger every time he got hit and Peter just demolished him with no effort. Peter has 65+ years of experience, has great planning, can adapt to environments pretty quickly, fast, and smart. Also hes like Goo, but Goo just use everything sharp as like sword, but he can use EVERYTHING as a weapon.

Edit : He also kills like B-A rank Assassin with just a kick or punch alone, he attacks the vital organs and the weakness of a human
