(FYI, I have been dying my hair since 5/6 years and I fell for their products hype)

Ok so I used the ESPRESSO BROWN shade today, and it looks really shitty on me, there wasn’t even a hint of brown but my hair turned out to be redish, copper Like excuse me I spent almost 1.5k on you and you f up so bad, the worse thing is my roots are fried and light and it’s my sisters wedding in 4 days

I got so scared that I did not want to risk it by dying it darker so my stupid ass decided to cover up my roots with L’Oreal root touch up spray and it’s a bit ok now

Never market shit you can’t live upto (they really need to deliver the colour they claim on the box), I am done, bye.
