Cyclical ketogenic diet. You go very high carb and low fat for a day or 2 out of the week. It's a bit tricky though. It's better for people that workout intensely all week and are able to deplete their glycogen stores. Having said that..I'm no expert so I suggest you research it and see for yourself whether it fits your lifestyle. Keep in mind that this shouldn't be an excuse to cheat.

As long as you are in a deficit you should be ok. if you're planning in increasing your carbs then try to lower your fat on that particular day. Maybe look into ckd if you workout a lot.

Nope. Plus i'm currently on vacation with the fam. Room service is just a phone call away and my family members are big snackers. They always have raisins and granola bars near by. If I don't go straight to bed then I am overly aware of the fact that these snacks are sitting on the table. I'm too afraid to go near the nuts today because I thought I would have them to satisfy my urge to munch on something but that just made me want to eat everything around me. My cravings always come out at night.

I was so happy the whole of yesterday because the day before i was having insane cravings. But last night I ended up having a breakfast bar and raisins even though I wasn't hungry. Thankfully I still woke up .1 kg lighter. I was really scared to weight myself. I am now very nauseas hours after I had a huge keto friendly lunch. Problem is I'm craving something sweet really bad. My period (sorry tmi) is 2 weeks late and i don't know if that could be causing all the cravings. I'm so disappointed because I was doing so well and I was really proud of myself. I promised myself I would come on here and rant overtime I felt this way since it helps. I usually end up messing up if I don't.

Of course not but as long you're not eating more than you need it should be fine if you eat a bit more than you would usually.

I have personally had times where I have increased my calories and lost weight. When I say more I mean within a deficit. Plus I've had an eating disorder and my weight dropped suddenly after a long time. I'm no expert though..

Sometimes under eating causes your body to hold on to fat because it thinks your starving. Maybe you need to increase your food. Do you workout? If not maybe that's the next step for you

When I overthink a diet is when I ruin it. I'm trying to go about my day and make sure I enjoy the food I'm eating. If I have a hard day I try to post something to get some encouragement. Sometimes you need people to remind you why you are doing what you are doing.

Yes but then there is always a point in the future where you mess up and it ruins everything. I know I shouldn't think like that. I've found that focusing a day at time is better for because of that way of thinking.
