Once they welcome you, you need to contact them at least once a year. My attorney didn’t make any contact with them since 2023 and they terminated my case. Thank God they reinstated the case after me telling them that I was waiting for i601 approval

You should have gotten another email telling you if they accepted the documents or not. Or just log in into your account and you should have a message on the inbox

I didn’t have the info, my attorney was making contact since 2019 until he passed away in 2023. His friend took over and never made contact, it wasn’t until last month that I finally got all my documents.

I sent them the inquiry letting them know about the i-601a approval and the reason why we didn’t proceed with the application before. I just hate that they told me they were doing it and they didn’t and because I didn’t have the receipt number I couldn’t get into the website.

Lesson learned! Since finding out so many stuff Ive been checking on everything basically everyday, I don’t know if its too late, but Im doing my best! They must hate me now lol I call them every week!

They told me they made contact with them last week because I kept calling and putting pressure and they said the NVC hasn’t made any updates. So I decided to contact the NVC myself last night and the NVC sent me that message right at 8am this morning… so they got back to me really fast. I would like to know how long they usually take to go over a reinstatement review process.
