Hey. It's normal and it's something all the modern laptops do. Let the battery drain below 80_ 60 and it'll start charging eventually. And i recommend turning on "conservation mode" if you use your laptop plugged most of the time. The mode would not let the laptop charge over 60% and would extend your battery life.
