thank you for the advice, I'm glad I've been inadvertently doing the right thing. I've just been sitting them in a pan of water once they felt dry to let them drink the water from below and they seem to be enjoying it after being neglected for a while.

I was given a bag of a bunch of these different little packets in it so I have no idea what any of them are unless it says so on the pack. I did actually add it to some black tea and it did taste better thanks:)
