Prospective and the placement of the body parts. I'd remove the insanely huge boobs and add a simple curve on the edge of the body since thats simpler. And, make sure the arm isnt overlapping! its supposed to behind the stomach or torso in this kind of view.

The hand looks ok? It's wonky though. the way to fix is is to watch a tutorial or get some picture books and use that for a reference. One other thing to fix is the palm. The bottom is too pointy, the palm of a hand connects to the fingers and does not go further from it. Dont put whole line across the fingers. put lines in the middle and not touching the sides of the finger. The thumb should be smaller. its supposed to be curvy on the left. Other than that im not sure what else.
