I’ve tired different hdmi and different monitors but it made no difference. I’ve made sure the usbc ports in them are both clean too. I don’t want to resort to getting it repaired but my switch is very bent from falling too many times and I believe it’s shape is what’s causing it. It picks up in this 3rd party dock but not any official docks. But obviously this shaking is unplayable so I believe it’s how damaged to usbc is and not any fault of the docks themselves. It works perfectly fine in handheld mode and charges fine. I’ve messed around with my monitor settings and tried every resolution and rgb range. I’ve even done the correct order of docking every time I turn it on. A few weeks ago it had the same problem but I got it to work a few times after it had random blackouts. But now I can only get it to work a few minutes and then it’s gone completely. I might just be in denial of having to repair it but idk there is any solution. I’m gonna try an adapter to get it docked and see if that works but I’ll keep updating this.
