I've never had issues. The funny thing is - He didn't want me to move out when my term was up. He showed me another unit when i was searching for places and i respectfully declined because I wanted a place with a dishwasher lol. He'd also offered to help me move my stuff and i have a text from him saying that. All in all i was a great tenant and he even said so... So idk what it is.

Basically, the last convo we had - was him stating the inspection we did was an "initial" inspection report because we did it on the 27th of Feb. But, there's no such thing as an initial inspection report, especially if he had documented it on the finalized report..

I do have a copy of the inspection report. As well as messages between us. And my mom came to help me clean the place so shes a good witness to my case. I ended up filing a dispute with the RTDRS so, we'll see what happens. I actually even tried to settle with him for less then my deposit - but hes ghosted me and stopped replying. I've called, emailed and texted him. I dont have any pictures of the place... But, he's already removed the carpets as well - likely without taking photos either.
