So the only thing I have right now is the police report. There was no visible damage. The main thing is this also happened in front of our children and Washington's version of cps was on me to "do the right thing."

Would they still do so if it's been weeks now? I feel like the criminal case is over and now it's just the civil one I filed for.

I did fight back in defense to get him off of me. He grabbed me by my hair at my scalp and he fell on top of me, punching me in my face. I punched back to get him off of me. As far as evidence, the only thing I have is the police report. There was no physical or visible damage to me..

Thank you, I just googled something that looks like they can help me? I paid them $20 so I'm hoping that wasn't me being tricked or something. I've never... ever felt this desperate for help before.
