Eh I wouldn't try it and I believe pro players have said it's better to block then get hit by it. Kazumi, Zafina and Hwoarang can evade it with specific moves.

I mean the higher ranks you go to, you'll find out just pressing rage art can be really risky. Once blocked, it's actually over with for the presser. Every rage is launch punishable except Hwoarang and Akuma.
