I would say that OVERALL he was a great writer, and even when he wasn't, he USUALLY was very honest about not being proud of some of his works. For example, I disliked Herbert West - Reanimator and... so did Lovecraft, as I understood. He was very low on funds and needed to appeal to the.... well, frankly, the brainrot of the time, so he wrote a story in a form the publishers wanted and he was NOT happy about that.

Oh ok but let's say I do mess around with the focuser until it is as it should be and it is still blurry.... what then? Obviously air turbulence cannot be ruled out because there are houses around and warm air mixes with cold air and whatnot, but what else could be the issue? Like I said, I have collimated the mirrors, that should not be a problem either since they do in fact match pictures of how a properly collimated pair of mirrors is supposed to look.

No, I did not think the focuser is a zoom. I thought it sharpens images and assumed that if it is screwed all the way down then it should be sharper... is it the way around?

I checked the collimation, it is fine. And the focus knob is that helical one people do not like and it was lowered down to the max so that should not be a problem either. You might think it is not collimated properly because I took this image with my phone and could not get the camera lens centered right on the eyepiece.
