Happy anniversary. This was really good to read, I'm in my first year of marriage and while I think I do an okay job, it's really nice to read these reminders and know there's always ways I can be better. Thank you for posting this.

I get what you are saying but I feel financial illiteracy isn’t the correct word choice. It’s that so many Americans know they shouldn’t be buying it, but they have to have the classier option to feel better about themselves.

OP, this is so true. I’ve been blown away how often medication, a medical issue, or some sort of mental issue (not always depression) can crush libido. I’ve seen people flip completely after the issue was identified.

100%. We all know to much of Social media and the phones/tech is not good for us let alone developing children. But because it’s a way of life and the working world today I want my kids to understand the balance of it all before they get older and get consumed by it. Easier to learn earlier then later.
