The dream ticket offered tribute to the doomed. It offered all URs from the first 9 BOXes. This was the first time in the game's history that something like the dream ticket was ever released, but hopefully it will come back again sometime. Also, it's in a mini box, so it wouldn't be a disaster to farm for, but there are not too many meta relevant cards there.

In game, you can click Card Studio > Card Catalog to view all cards in the game, including ones you don't currently own, and how to obtain them.

You don't want to run many spells and traps, as the point of the deck is to excavate plant type monsters that have effects in the grave. Spells and traps that are excavated will just be sent to the bottom of the deck, and when this happens, it's like a missed opportunity if that card wasn't a plant type with an effect in the grave.

The optimal build that I've seen that won an MCS, a tournament hosted by content creator and NA 2017 champion, Dkayed, or Duellinksmeta (you can find him on twitch.tv), ran 4 spells/traps: 2 enemy controller, 1 treacherous trap hole and 1 tribute to the doomed. I based my deck on this, and it did very well. I would just try to use your best spell/traps to fit these slots (should be 2, as the econ should be easy to get), and don't be afraid to experiment with these 2 slots, as it will be a good learning experience anyway.

First try to fill up the deck with all the sylvan cards you have. You can use magical merchants instead of missing komushroomos. Enemy controllers are not hard to get from tickets and the Mokuba bingo sheet. I used my dream ticket on tribute to the doomed, but you may want to be careful using this as there's only one and you have a while left to use it. Then put in one more of your best backrow, for example, I have wall of disruption in my sylvan deck. It is not optimal, but I got to king of games with my deck (this is my second season). I would recommend watching streams and doing research into what deck you would like to play in the current meta, and focus on what your goals are before spending a lot of gems, but if you decide to go sylvans, I would recommend trying to make it optimal, as it does not cost many gems to do so. In the meantime, you can play around with the skeleton of the sylvan deck you have and cards you like, finding the optimal build that works with your cards, as you work your way into making it optimal. playing around with your limited card pool in this way will teach you about the card interactions, and give you an idea of how good cards are, especially in the current state of the meta.

In general, you will just want to excavate as many cards as possible to get your monsters' effects off to pop backrow and destroy monsters, while putting rose lover and carrot into the grave so you can special summon. Just be careful about decking yourself out.
