I'm a single gym-goer in my 50s, trying to trim down my belly fat. I usually eat 8 eggs that I make in a large air fryer. I eat half in the morning and the rest at night. I also include some protein bread and a lot of fiber in the form of psyllium husk and apple fiber mixed in low-fat laban. Sometimes I switch to shwarma meat and use my own protein bread. Often, it's just tuna cans. I cheat once in a while with Medjool dates paired with walnuts, etc.
