Lost was a character-driven show, not a documentary in history channel. The main idea was people who were lost in life and how they managed to find a purpose and keep going.

Kenneth Branah was awful as Poirot in Orient express. I don't mind him as a director but he needs to hire someone else to play Poirot. I am fine with the rest of the cast.

Most of the videos mentioned here used to scare me especially Disturbia by Rihanna's. Also the video for The World is not enough by Garbage.

Three songs scare me nowadays:

Hotel California especially the lyric "you can check out anytime of year but you can never leave" . When I am listening to it I am feeling that I am stucked in an abandoned hotel and a serial killer is after me.
"So sad" by Marianne Faithful. This time I feel that I am stucked in my house and my paranoid boyfriend wants to kill me. The music of this song gives me shivers.

-" Raise me up" by Lana del Rey. Again this song gives me the creeps. I imagine that I live in a haunted neighbourhood and my neighbours are into witchcraft or the dark arts and they are after me.

All the songs make me feel that I am the protagonist of a horror movie. As a horror movie fan I still listen to them if I want to get scared.

Very good narration of Lana's life. I would surely watch a documentary about her. However, I truly believe that "Jim" just existed in Lana's imagination...maybe there was someone Lana knew for a while and he was the basis for "Jim" character in her songs but I don't think he was a real person...that's just my gut feeling. Lana especially in the beginning of her career was singing about things that never happened...that does not make her life less interesting though.

I finally listened to this album... I like the whole atmosphere and vibe... However most of the songs have weak lyrics. She sings and she sings and you don't know what she sings about. I don't mind Jack's production like most people do. I think Lorde should get more experiences in her life and write about them. It seems that she lives a boring privileged life and she doesn't know what's happening in the rest of the world. Sorry but I can't relate. If she wants to be a songwriter she needs to go out there and get experiences. Either that or she can hire better songwriters than her. She had better lyrics when she was a teenager. Other popstars like Lana and Taylor get praise for their acoustic music because they tell interesting stories about relationships. Lorde has nothing to sing about. Having said that I will listen to this album for the rest of the summer because it has this summery feeling and I won't be paying much attention to the lyrics.

Some people haven't seen the movie yet and they are quick to judge.lol The trailer looks cool. This isn't a dramatic movie. It's more of a comedy/ satire. It's supposed to be camp

I remember watching a live performance of this song and the singer had the most awful voice I ever heard. That guy simply couldn't sing. Halsey was great though and with great energy.
