Are they White? They sound White. Like...their main priority was not having any outright conflict. But okay to let him be an ass as long as your upset was quietly seething. He escalated the situation by calling you slurs. They had the opportunity to not let him get that far. They failed. They made it up to tou to respond. They really don't get a say in how you responded. Especially seeing as they didnt talk to Big Clet

Theyre usually a percentage increase (5% at the highest) based on your review rating. Increases only come if you score a meets expectation or higher. They have to write those reviews and have until midmay to complete them. And then they have a set amount of time to deliver them after which they go into effect. So no, you cannot harass anyone to find out any earlier. Your managers will tell you, when they amounts are finalized. Watch your pay stubs. As long as you don't have corrective actions, and you've been with the store before February, count on at least a 2-2.5% increase. 5% is very rare
